Job Description
At Link Medis Sehat, Medical Consultant role is critical to fulfilling our company’s mission and vision. Medical Consultant ensures that patients receive personalized advice and are connected to the right healthcare services.
Responsibilities
• Guide patients through recognition and understanding of diagnosis and medical needs.
• Evaluate patient’s medical needs, preferences and financial capabilities to recommend and identify the best course of actions.
• Give recommendations of health facilities and/or doctors according to health conditions and budgets of patient(s).
• Great initiatives and knowledge in understanding and learning about various diseases (particularly chronic diseases), treatments and procedures with respect to educating and managing patients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage patient expectations and relationships throughout their entire medical journey based on medical and company ethical codes.
• Analyze and review communication flow, identify weak areas and provide recommendations for improvement
• Document findings of studies that can be used to aid patient assistance
• Help develop and nurture leads for the company.
Qualifications
• Certified doctor with an active STR
• At least 2 years of clinical experience. ACLS and ATLS certified is highly preferred
• Passion in healthcare and technology
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-driven, proactive and get things done.
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Office Location: UOB Plaza, Central Jakarta
Position: Senior Staff
Salary Range: 8-12 million Rupiah
Working Hours: 8 am – 5 pm
